Future Food Leader Summit 2026 Regenerative Personalized Nutrition & AI Health for People & Planet Longevity
Future Food Leader Summit 2026 was successfully held on 10–11 February 2026 at IVORY SHADOW, Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier. Organized by TASTEBUD LAB in collaboration with Bio Buddy and the Future Food Network, the summit marked its 6th consecutive year under the theme: “Regenerative Personalized Nutrition & AI Health for People & Planet Longevity.”
The event brought together over 80 leaders, researchers, investors, entrepreneurs, and startups across BioTech, FoodTech, AgriTech, HealthTech, Longevity, and Climate Tech to shape the future of Thailand’s and the region’s food and health systems.
Over two days, participants explored key topics including AI Nutrition, Personalized Health, the Longevity Economy, Regenerative Food Systems, and Bio-based Innovation. The summit also featured the launch of the FoodTech Whitepaper and policy recommendations to strengthen Thailand’s future food ecosystem.
Key highlights included CEO & Investor Roundtables, interactive Demo Pods showcasing next-generation innovations, a systemic Ideation Workshop, and a strategic MOU signing between TASTEBUD LAB and Genfosis to integrate genetic health analytics into food product development.
Future Food Leader Summit 2026 reinforces Thailand’s position as a regional hub for food and health innovation and reflects TASTEBUD LAB’s commitment to building a resilient and regenerative food system for balanced growth of both people and the planet.
