“APEC Future Food for Sustainability Exhibition”
On November 1, '16 at 8:45 a.m., the project brought together representatives from the 21 teams that made it to the final round of the plate to planet cooking competition of the future, Plate to Planet Dishes for the Environment. At 8:30 a.m., before the Cabinet meeting, Mr. Anucha Nakasai, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office and management had met with General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister and Minister of Defense to present the “APEC Future Food for Sustainability Exhibition”, which is an activity to build participation of youth and Thai people across the country. On the occasion of Thailand hosting APEC 2022 through a contest for food startups of the future under the campaign "Plate to Planet, This Dish is for the Environment" to demonstrate the readiness and potential of Soft Power Thai food.

8 futuristic dishes who participated in the exhibition
1. Rice with chickpeas, Yam Pak Tai, 5 colors of vegetables
2. Healthy zaru ramen with Plate based Croquettes, ramen made from egg white protein noodles.
