And in the event, there is an exhibition about APEC and Future Food to visit as well, which is both fun and useful.
Today, 21 teams of contestants presented their futuristic food marketing concepts on stage in front of 11 jury members, including national chefs. Foodies from the Michelin Guide Executives and representatives from leading companies in Thailand, the atmosphere is excited, tensed, very excited. Each team has 2 minutes to present and 3 minutes to answer questions from the judges.
